Dr. Dalenberg is compliant with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Standards of Professionalism on Orthopaedic Expert Opinion and Testimony and was an early signer of the AAOS Expert Witness Affirmation Statement (5/23/2004).
Dr. Dalenberg performs a wide range of medico-legal expert services, including Independent Medical Examinations (IME Exams), disability evaluation, workers’ compensation, and expert witness in personal injury and medical tort cases. In medical tort cases, Dr. Dalenberg is available for expert witness work in his areas of practice focus, both for defense and for plaintiffs.
